Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your use of Offlo (getofflo.com and app.getofflo.com). By joining the waitlist, signing up, or using the product, you agree to them. Offlo is currently operated as an individual venture based in India, ahead of formal company incorporation — "we," "us," and "Offlo" below refer to that operation.

What Offlo is

Offlo is a leave-tracking tool for small and mid-sized teams: submitting and approving leave requests, a shared team calendar, leave balances, and public holiday tracking. It's a workplace tool for companies, not a consumer product.

Accounts

To use Offlo, someone at your company creates a company account and invites employees. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Company owners are responsible for managing who has access to their company's account, including removing people who leave the company.

Plans and pricing

Offlo's published pricing is flat per company, not per employee: a free plan for up to 5 employees, and paid plans for larger teams as listed on our pricing page. Payment processing isn't live yet — during this period, use of the product is free. Once billing goes live, we'll give existing customers advance notice of the applicable plan and price before any charge is made, and update these terms with the payment terms at that time.

Acceptable use

Don't use Offlo to store or transmit anything unlawful, to attempt to access another company's data, or to interfere with the service's operation (for example, attempting to overload it or bypass its security). We may suspend accounts that violate this.

Your data

Your company owns the leave and employee data it stores in Offlo. We act as the custodian of that data on your behalf — see our Privacy Policy for how we handle it. If your company stops using Offlo, you can request an export or deletion of your data.

Service availability

We aim to keep Offlo available and reliable, but as with any hosted software, we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We'll do our best to communicate any planned downtime or known issues.

Termination

You can stop using Offlo and close your company account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

Disclaimer

Offlo is provided "as is." We don't provide legal, HR, or tax advice — leave policy, holiday, and accrual settings you configure are your company's responsibility to get right for your jurisdiction and workforce.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Offlo isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes to these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, let account owners know directly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. This will be revisited if Offlo's operating entity changes in the future.
